Conditions and General Information
 
Payments: A non -refundable deposit of 50% of the tour value per person is required at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before the date of travel. This is to guarantee the golf courses as they require nonrefundable deposits for tee reservations. Payment should be made by electronic bacs transfer only, no personal or company cheques will be accepted. Payment can also be made by Pay Pal upon request. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and Euros, the operator reserves the right to alter prices should the rates of exchange fluctuate. This quotation is based on current supplier prices; should these change significantly, there may be a price adjustment. Prices are only guaranteed once the final payment is made.

Change fees: An administration fee of £ 25 per person per change will be charged for any changes made by the client or the travel agent after the deposit has been received and confirmation issued.

Cancellations: If any trip is cancelled by the operator for any reason all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. If the agent or clients cancels a trip, notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Executive Golf Andalucia. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: Land arrangements: after acceptance of the booking, if the client or travel agent cancels the arrangements or does not pay the balance of the price by the due date, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and the customer will forfeit the deposit. In addition, the following cancellation charges apply: cancellation from 59 to 30 days before arrival at the destination, 50% of the total cost; 21 to 15 days before arrival at the destination, 75% of the total cost; 14 days or less before arrival at the destination, no refund. Cancellation policy also applies to reduction in group size unless otherwise agreed.

Air Travel: Where Executive Golf Andalucia have allowed for flights within a tour the applicable airline cancellation policies will apply.

Unused tour services: No refunds will be made for unused portions of the trip; green fees are not refundable for any reason other than the formal closure of the course by the golf club concerned; in that case, the client must submit a claim in writing to Executive Golf Andalucia supported in writing by the club. Green fee refunds are solely at the discretion of each individual golf club.

Insurance: Executive Golf Andlaucia has available a comprehensive travel insurance package to protect you before and during your trip. We strongly recommend purchase of this coverage or of a similar insurance plan at time of booking. Ask for details.

Our responsibility: Many people and companies are involved in the planning and provision of your tour. We do not own or operate the hotels, golf courses or transport services which are provided by independent contractors. Therefore we cannot accept, and we expressly exclude, all and any liability for the actions and omissions of those involved in your tour arrangements over whom we have no direct control and are not employed by us. We will, however, give good faith assistance to help resolve any disputes you may have with such persons. In return, you agree that Executive Golf Andalucia will have no liability for inconvenience, injury, damage or loss due to delay, changes in schedules or itineraries or other cases beyond its control. All actions arising out of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Spain or the UK.

Conditions of carriage: The responsibility and liability of the specified air carriers respecting their performance of air transportation services are limited by and subject to the conditions and contract in the passenger ticket, the rules contained in tariffs on file with the UK Department of and applicable provisions of law and treaty

Please note:  We do not accept liability for any alteration, delay or cancellation caused by war or threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, acts of any airport, port, governmental or public authority, technical problems to transport, airport regulations, temporary technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within your accommodation, explosion of any nuclear plant or part thereof or radioactivity/contamination arising from such plant or other circumstances amounting to a force majeure and/or Acts of God.
