Already one of Europe's finest 5* resports, the OLD COURSE HOTEL, has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, lifting it to unprecedented new heights in luxury.
Everything that could be improved, has been improved - new guest rooms, new suites and, perhaps most impressively of all, their spectacular new spa with its luxurious pool and dramatic waterfall, fitness suites, steam rooms, superb termal suite and roof top hot tub.
Some things haven't changed, however. The presence of 10 magnificent golf courses on the doorstep, includng the legendary Old Course - the stunning beauty of the surrounding countryside, the tranquil beaches and historic St Andrews itself - the superb choice of restaurants and bars within the hotel and last, but by no means least, the warmth of welcome and generous hospitality afforded to all guests.
Golf in Marbella - With a wonderful selection of courses - there are around 30 - and all have been touched by some of world's best-loved architects. With the likes of Robert Trent Jones, Seve Ballesteros, Peter Alliss, Dave Thomas and Tony Jacklin having had their fun in designing a number of Marbella's layouts, the temptation to come and see for yourself just how first-rate this golfing den really is can prove very tempting.
With this weekend break we have included a couple of our favourites, El Paraiso and Los Naranjos then a luxury yacht trip across to Morocco to playat the superb Cabo Nebo Golf course.

Spain/Morocco Trip (pricing based on a minimum of 8 guests)
Day 1 : Arrive Malaga Airport, Spain and transfer by hire car or mini-coach and driver to the luxurious 4 star El Paraiso Hotel in Estepona.
Golf in the afternoon on El Paraiso designed by Gary Player. Non golfers can relax by the pool ar you may choose to try shopping in nearby Peurto Banus or Marbella Old Town.
Day 2.
Meet at El Paraiso Hotel and transfer to local marina where we will board a luxury yacht for a cruise across to Morocco. Morocco - a land of horizons, where sea, sand dunes, skies and mountains extend interminably, Morocco is a place of contrasts but traditions of a rich culture live on in the dress, food, customs, festivities and indeed the way in which guests are received. In short, to travel in Morocco is to subject yourself to a thousand and one impressions. A land of the senses, whose sounds, colours and fragrances cannot but leave a deep impression – even on a short visit.
Golfers will play at the Cabo Nebo Golf course. The course is 6372 m and a par 72 with stunning views out to the Med and up to the Rif Mountains. Non golfers can relax at the Sofitel Marinasmir 5 star Hotel and Spa or we can arrange a shopping trip to one of the nearby towns.
The trip includes breakfast on the yacht with lunch at the golf club and drinks on the return trip to Spain.
Day 3: Meet at Los Naranjos Golf Club in the middle of the famous golf valley, with long terraced tees and large undulating greens typical Robert Trent Jones hallmarks.
Non-golfers can relax by the pool or visit Mijas. Mijas is one of the jewels of the Costa del Sol - a beautiful little village which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 meters above sea level with wonderful panoramic views of Fuengirola and Los Boliches. The craft shops have some wonderful hand made pottery and often affordable paintings and prints by acclaimed local artists, such as Don Clarke and Michele Lehmann. A holiday memento could turn out to be a sound investment.
Free time in the evening to explore the many shops and restaurantss of Puerto Banus or Marbella. Both locations offer a glittering tiara of star-studded restaurants, discos and night clubs, frequented by local boy Banderas whenever he's in town.
Day 4: Transfer to Malaga airport for the journey home.
Prices for this tour start from £1250 per person or 880 euros inc. taxes and is based on a minimum party of 8 golfers sharing twin room accomodation.
